3 Minutes on Transformations
If you embark on this programme with zero accountability for failure, then I promise you that you have drastically limited your chances of success before you have picked up a dumbbell.
When looking for a body transformation.Do something that scares you - lose a bet, put your photos up on Facebook, or book a photoshoot that you cannot get out of. It doesn't really matter what.
That's been a big secret to lots of our clients successes, We said "If you're serious we're doing photos, if not.... you won't get to where you want to be"
Those people who say, "I want to get in serious shape", I call them out straight away. It's called accountability. That's our job. We also get the marketing content to motivate other people, it's a win win. It's a trade and it's only part of what we do.
It's no surprise that those who didn't do the work, didn't get the photos taken and those who did, couldn't wait to get theirs taken.
I figured this out long before I was qualified, I figured this out when I done it myself. That time spent working on yourself, time where you focus and knuckle down and shut out excuses. THAT time adds to your character. People don't stay in shape by accident or get in shape by accident.
If you see anyone in good shape they are doing lots of things on purpose each day and week. You might like the idea of being in shape without actually doing the work, if so you are like most people.
Our next courses or 6 and 12 week transformations will be the shake up you need.
When you say something is non sustainable, it's largely because YOU upon deciding to undertake this task have already but a life span or time limit on it, therefore haven't really thought it through.
People say things like, "ah sure I was going to bed early and cooking food, I had no life"
That thought process needs work my friend, that's a pathetic excuse for not continuing. What you are saying is
I DON'T REALLY VALUE HAVING MY S*** TOGETHER.
