NEW CLASS STARTING SOON! 

"LANDMINES" A FIT STUDIOS GYM ORIGINAL WHOLE BODY WORKOUT WHERE EACH MINER USES A LANDMINE TO DEVELOP STRENGTH, AND CONDITIONING WORKING ACROSS THE BODY ONE SIDE AT A TIME. EACH MINER WILL LEARN HOW TO USE SINGLE AND DOUBLE LANDMINES. THE LANDMINE USES THE BARBELL AT A MULTITUDE OF ANGLES TO CREATE A UNIQUE STYLE OF TRAINING WHILE KEEPING THE USER STANDING THE WHOLE TIME. THIS CLASS IS LIMITED TO 10 PEOPLE WITH ONE INSTRUCTOR. IF THE CLASS SHOWS UP AS FULL ON YOUR FIT STUDIOS APP, YOU WILL NEED TO JOIN A WAITING LIST.

 

 

 

We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 20 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalised pointers.

Circuit Training

Circuit Training is a classic exercise class for those who are looking to burn lots of calories while mixing up your training. Most circuits are different and offer a variety of different exercise on a timer in a large circuit to challenege your body.

Fat Burn

Fat Burn is FIT Studios flag ship class using the TRX Suspension trainer, interval training, mixed rep trainng, kettlebells and more based on a heart rate training. Exposing our bodies to consistent heart rate burns lots of calories and has scientifically beein proven to help burn some bodyfat in intervals. This class is for all levels of fitness. We also intermittingly provide education on how your body burns energy in the muscle cell and then uses fat to top up that energy.

TRX & Kettlebells

For those who enjoy a bit more of a weighted workout with the harshness of the russian kettlebells this class will help you get stronger and more conditioned with the use of weights and the use of the TRX suspension trainer for your core.

Sunday Special Circuits

On Sundays we like to mix it up completely. Joe is renowned for using the 2 studios to really challenge your endurance with machines and free weights in one room and strength and conditioning in another. This is a very popular class.
