THE BEGINNER COURSE

October 23rd to December 13th

The beginners course is to help you get going in our courses. You will be in the class with other beginners as you all learn to train twice a week for 8 weeks. It's recommended that you stay at the beginner level until you can pass the beginners test which will be published in the gym. All classes are catered for all levels of fitness.

The ABS Course schedule 

Training is 3 times per week with 3 different time options to choose from.

Also you have the option to do 4 days per week with the one coach for 8 weeks.

  • 3 Days: Mon/Wed/Fri at 5:15am/6:15/7:15AM

  • 4 Days: Extra day Thursdays at 6:15am.

    Deposit must be paid to secure your place and the balance is paid on the start of the course.
