THE BEGINNER COURSE

Shape up AHEAD of summer - get the basics sorted now and move along to progress even more after the end of this course. Lose weight, gain muscle tone and learn the basics in a friendly, fun, FIT environment.

The beginners course is to help you get going in our course style of training. You will be in the class with other beginners as you all learn to train twice a week for 8 weeks. It's recommended that you stay at the beginner level until you can pass the beginners test which will be published in the gym. All classes are catered for all levels of fitness.

 

Training days and times:

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 19:30
