Personal Training is catered by our professional, certified team to meet the needs of each client individually. Personal Training is a One to One session lasting one hour. The 10 session Personal Training pack means that you schedule your sessions on the basis that suits you - once a week, twice a week - you select the frequency and your trainer will align each session with your goals. Movement and assessment will take place during session one where you will discuss your goals and plan for helping you reach your goals during the course of the Personal Training Journey.

There is no ‘typical’ client for this level of training. Brand new clients seeking fat loss / member of other gyms looking for help on techniques of weight lifting / muscle building and weight gain - we cater to everyone, no matter what level or age.
